* Moscow will welcome a Peruvian Congress delegation, led by Speaker Antero Flores Araos, to stay until February 10. Official talks are to begin on February 7.

* Yevgeny Primakov, head of Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will go on a tour abroad to visit Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iran (February 6-13).

* The subway station Avtozavodskaya will be the venue of a rally commemorating the victims of the terror act in the Moscow metro on February 6, 2004. To attend are Moscow government members and metro officials (9:00 a.m.)

* The Olympic training center "Planernaya" is expecting 12,000 amateur skiers from Moscow, the Moscow region and other areas of Russia to participate in its massive competition.

TBILISI

* As the funeral of Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania who died in the early hours of February 4 will take place, official foreign delegations, including one from Russia, and heads of international organizations are expected to pay their last respects.
