MOSCOW, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - The new cabinet of ministers of Ukraine will not be coalition because it is dominated by supporters of the newly elected President Yuschenko, believes Russian political scientist Vyacheslav Nikonov, president of the Politika Fund.

"The key posts are held by Yuschenko activists and members of his election headquarters," the politologist told RIA Novosti.

In his opinion, the president himself, not the just appointed Foreign Minister Boris Tarasyuk, will shape foreign policy in the new Ukrainian government. Anyway, Mr.Tarasyuk "is a pro-Western figure, who will not fix his gaze towards Russia", Mr.Nikonov said.

"I don't think that the general economic policy course will be too radical. Ms.Timoshenko herself is a radical politician. More so that the first vice-premier (Anatoli Kinakh), who was the premier under ex-Ukrainian President Kuchma, is the cornerstone of stability", Mr.Nikonov believes.

Asked about an outlook for Russian-Ukrainian relations, the politologist noted: "Contacts will not disappear. But there may be problems with the impossibility of the Ukrainian premier coming to Russia".

The new Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Timoshenko was put on international wanted list by the Russian side. She is accused of bribing Russian officials.

On Friday the Ukrainian president signed the decree appointing Yulia Timoshenko a prime minister. She has announced a new government make-up.
