MOSCOW, February 3 (RIA Novosti) - "Market relations can develop only in the conditions of competition. Monopolies are the main obstacle in the market economy development," head of the Business Russia public organization Boris Titov said commenting on the draft law On Competition approved by the government on Thursday.

"We shall reach the capitalist level of economic development if we do not have a monopolized market," Mr. Titov noted.

"This law should help it," he added.

The Business Russia head also said that he fully shared Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov's opinion that money of the Stabilization Fund should be attracted to reduce taxes.
