KIEV, December 2 (RIA Novosti) - The Ukrainian Supreme Court has received documents proving that one person could vote several times in the presidential elections using absentee ballots.

Considering the evidence of fraud in the presidential poll submitted by Viktor Yushchenko's representative Yuri Klyuchkovsky, one of the judges demonstrated 12 absentee ballots with signatures and seals of members of election commissions given to one and the same voter.

People may vote by absentee ballots if they are absent from the place of their permanent residence on the election day. According to observers, absentee ballots were used for massive fraud in the presidential poll.

Viktor Yushchenko's representative submitted to the court over 100 absentee ballots given to several voters. Moreover, they claimed that in many cases several ballot papers were put in a voting-box at once and showed relevant photographs.

Evidence of illegal actions of members of some local election commissions was introduced to the court. For instance, voters at polling station No. 222 in Kiev were forced to use special gel pens. Their marks disappeared in two hours.

According to judges, many documents introduced as evidence lacked necessary signatures and seals.
