MOSCOW, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - Head of the Russian State Duma international committee Konstantin Kosachev doubts that the Supreme Rada's decision to invalidate the results of the runoff election can be considered final.

"The Supreme Rada is a legitimate power body and its decisions should be taken into account. However, it is not clear which decision on the election results should be considered final - today's decision of the Supreme Rada or the Supreme Court's decision on the complaint of Viktor Yushchenko's supporters, which is to be made on Monday," Mr. Kosachev noted.

"Therefore, I do not regard the Supreme Rada's decision as final," he added.

On Saturday the Ukrainian Supreme Rada (parliament) issued a statement on the political situation in the country and declared the November 21 voting had been held with violations and did not meet the people's will. Moreover, the Ukrainian deputies also passed a vote of no-confidence in the Central Election Commission.

Commenting on the results of his trip to Kiev earlier this day, Russian State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov said that during the Friday meeting between Viktor Yanukovich, Viktor Yushchenko and international intermediaries no decision to reject the results of the runoff election was made.
