KIEV, November 19 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine has drafted a concept for a space rocket corporation the United Economic Environment countries may establish. It is willing to offer the blueprints to a high-level team session, underway in Moscow to form the quadripartite UEU, on which it is to join Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Ukraine's National Space Agency joined hands with the South government design bureau and the Southern Engineering Works to elaborate the concept. Ukraine is also ready to come up with feasibility studies for a Clipper Zenith reusable manned spacecraft, to be designed and manufactured on an interstate endeavour.

The information reached Novosti/Ukraine news agency from the press service of Ukraine's Ministry of Economy and European Integration.

As mid-September's UEU summitry determined to set up the transnational rocket corporation, the four involved countries turned to the prospective Clipper Zenith to exploit it all together, and each to contribute. Russia will provide the Clipper craft, Ukraine a Zenith booster, and Belarus cutting-edge optic gadgetry. The Clipper will be launched from the Baikonur space centre Russia is renting in Kazakhstan. Project Clipper Zenith is estimated at US$120 million.
