* A ceremony dedicated to the 63rd anniversary of the 1941 historic parade will be held on Red Square. Over 2,500 people will march on Red Square, including veterans who participated in the parades in 1941 and 1945 and defended Moscow and representatives of children and youth public organizations (10.00). At 9.00 veterans of the Great Patriotic War and representatives of the Moscow government will lay wreaths to the grave of the Unknown Soldier and the monument to Marshal Zhukov.
* The Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) and other left-wing organizations will mark the 87th anniversary of the October revolution. They will march from Kaluzhskaya Square to Teatralnaya Square and hold a rally (10.00).

* Belarussian Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky will arrive in Vietnam on an official visit (November 7 to 10).
LONDON
* The Mariinsky Theater will give a charity performance "Beslan - a concert for the sake of the future" at the London Coliseum of the English National Opera to help victims of the terrorist attack in North Ossetia. The theater's soloists and orchestra conducted by artistic director Valery Gergiyev will participate in the concert.
