KIEV, November 2 (RIA Novosti) - The gap between Viktor Yanukovich and Viktor Yushchenko has reduced to a minimum.
As of 16.30 local time (17.30 Moscow time), Mr. Yanukovich won 39.88% of the vote and Mr. Yushchenko - 39.22%, with 97.67% of the vote counted, the press service of the Ukrainian Central Election Commission told the Novosti-Ukraine agency.
