KIEV, November 1 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian presidential runner Prime Minister Victor Yanukovich is going to united his efforts with socialists' and communists' for improving the standard of living.

"I'm in for a constructive dialogue and my doors are open for all participants in the presidential race", Yanukovich told the briefing in Kiev on Monday.

To him, supporters of the socialist leader Alexander Moroz and the communist leader Petr Simonenko, who have not entered in the second round of voting, have lost nothing.

"Petr Simonenko's and Alexander Moroz's policies have many directions which are in line with my programme", Yanukovich said. "It is the improvement of the standard of living of our citizens and the course towards improving their well-being", he explained.

"I will go on seeking to combine my efforts and those of these political forces", Yanukovich added.

The leader of the Ukrainian communists presidential runner Simonenko believes that "at least 15 percent of the votes have been stolen from me". He said this on Monday to the Novosti-Ukraine news agency.

"Many votes in the entire south of Ukraine have been stolen from us. Country-wide it is at least 15 percent of the votes stolen in the brazen way", Simonenko said.

Motivating his position, the communist candidate cited the figures of the 1999 presidential campaign.

"In Lugansk we had up to 40 percent, now five to six, in the Crimea 36 percent, now six, in Donetsk 30 percent, now three, in Zaprozhye 31 percent, now eight, and so on", he said.

The communist leader said that on Monday morning the presidium of the central committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine took the decision to convene the CC plenum on November 4 and take the final decision whom to support or not during the second round of election.

In preliminary estimate of the Ukrainian Central Election Commission, Victor Yanukovich has gained 40.12 percent of the votes in the firstround, Victor Yuschenko 39.15 percent.

The socialist leader Alexander Moroz has 5.77 percent of the votes, Petr Simonenko 5.02 percent.
