* The second congress of the International Association of public organizations of submariner veterans, to be attended by representatives of 70 submariner veterans' organizations from 44 Russian regions, as well as from Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Latvia and Estonia will take place. The congress will focus on preparation for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Russia's submarine forces, to take place in 2006.
MISSION CONTROL
* Roskosmos CEO Anatoly Perminov and NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will arrive in the Moscow region-based Mission Control to observe the landing of the ninth international crew returning from the International Space Station to the Earth, due in the early hours of Sunday.
