THE HAGUE, October 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russia and the European Union should approach specific accords on establishing four common spaces, stated Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference in the Hague following the meeting with the EU Group of three.

"Our approach to development of "road maps" on the four spaces consists in the need of specific accords on specific areas of cooperation with specific dates and persons in charge from each side", the Russian foreign minister pointed out.

According to him, the sides on equal basis have to identify the cooperation areas for each of the spaces being economic, internal and external security and humanitarian cooperation.

Such accords, noted Mr. Lavrov, must reflect common interest of the European Union and Russia.

Mr. Lavrov urged not to dramatize the existing disputes between Russia and the EU.

The minister pointed out that "there can not be complete unanimity in the modern world".

"Countries have their own interests, which may be inconsistent in some aspects. As our relations with the European Union move forward, inevitable is the rise of disputable issues", said the minister. "There is no need to dramatize them. The main thing is that our strategic directions coincide. We realize it and implement it in concrete achievements", the minister pointed out.
