MOSCOW, September 25 (RIA Novosti) - Before Russia and China conclude the protocol on ending the bilateral talks on Russia's entry into the World Trade Organisation, the documents have to be collated, RIA Novosti quotes Russian trade representative for China Sergei Tsyplakov as saying.

"The talks are over but, since the final documents are many, their technical verification will take time", Tsyplakov said commenting on the meeting between the Russian and Chinese prime ministers recently over in Moscow. They have initiated documents on ending the bilateral talks.

On Friday Maxim Medvedkov, director of the Trade Negotiations department of the Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry, and his Chinese colleague inked the WTO-talks documents in the presence of Mikhail Fradkov and Ven Ciabao.

After the signing ceremony, Minister German Gref explained to reporters that that the sides have wound up talks on the entire set of problems - access to the goods and services markets.

Sergei Tsyplakov recalled that Russia began the bilateral talks with China in 2002 after it had joined the WTO. The talks were very packed. "Since then, nine rounds of talks have been held. The eighth round took place in Beijing and the ninth in Moscow these days", Tsyplakov said.

He recalled that back in July the sides said that the talks may be over by the visit to Russia of Ven Biao, Premier of the State Council.
