MOSCOW, September 24 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Vnesheconombank and Roseximbank, and China's State Export Credit Insurance Corporation, or Sinosure, signed a tripartite partnership contract during one of the regular Russo-Chinese prime-ministerial conferences.
The contract promises to make far more reliable the financial basis of long-term Russian-Chinese economic partnership programmes.
It comes as a stride to implement a concept for promoting Russian engineering exports, and to step up partnership with China's finance institutions. The Roseximbank is developing, thanks to it, into a principal government institution to promote Russian exports, as a concept recently approved by Russia's Cabinet envisages, says a related press release.
