MOSCOW, September 17 (RIA Novosti) - The parliamentary working group on development of legislation in the sphere of security offers amendments to a number of legislative acts, Vladimir Pligin, the chairman of the State Duma committee on constitutional legislation and state construction, said at a Friday press conference.

"We will systematize, and, maybe, somewhat toughen the legislation," said the lower house deputy.

In his opinion, criminal norms needn't be toughened a lot, as "criminal legislation is on the limit of its reacting," but as regards administrative legislation, the toughening will take place.

Mr. Pligin drew journalists' attention to the fact that along with fundamental acts, the amendments will affect still other documents not directly linked to them.

"State standards connected with tinted car windows will be changed, it's planned to restrict wearing special uniforms with special signs, especially in places of conducting antiterrorist activities," he noted.

Besides, Mr. Pligin said, the State Duma, during its fall session will more seriously fulfill its public function - it plans to hold several round tables dedicated to problems of social-economic development of the North Caucasus, law enforcement activity, election processes, formation of the Public Chamber.

"The State Duma will also try to build its dialogue with representatives of different national formations," Mr. Pligin concluded.
