MOSCOW, September 9 (RIA Novosti) - Alexander Dzasokhov, President of the Russian republic of North Ossetia, has issued a decree on the Cabinet's resignation, presidential spokesman Igor Dzantiyev told RIA Novosti. The decree comes into force once signed.
Vladimir Yakovlev, Russian presidential envoy to the Federal District South, of which the republic of North Ossetia is part, welcomed the decision, describing it as "the right one." According to him, the Cabinet has a lot of failures to account for, including economic ones.
