RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER ON ESTABLISHING COMMON ANTITERRORISM FRONT

MOSCOW, September 6 (RIA Novosti) - Development of contacts between citizens of different countries will contribute to establishing a common antiterrorism front, stated Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov speaking on Monday on air of the first radio-conference organized by Voice of Russia and Voice of Israel stations.

"Today, when Russia officially mourns over the victims of the barbaric terrorist attack in Beslan, we, bewailing the fallen, must think about tomorrow and that development of our contacts, links between peoples of all countries will help us establish a joint front, rooted in common people, of combating any evil on the planet", said the Russian minister.

With this regard Mr. Lavrov pointed out that radio-conference involved not only listeners from Russia and Israel, but also from the CIS and Baltic states.

"Another bridge for contacts between peoples of our countries have been launched, and it is very good against the background of intensively and comprehensively developing relations between our states", said Sergei Lavrov addressing the radio-conference participants.
