MOSCOW, August 3 (RIA Novosti) - There are no differences whatsoever between Mikhail Khodorkovsky's lawyers, celebrated Heinrich Padva, who leads the controversial petroleum tycoon's defence team, reassured the media during a court session break.

He addressed newsmen after certain media outlets alleged the former Yukos proprietor's lawyers falling out. As things really are, the lawyers of all three defendants on the case-Khodorkovsky, Lebedev and Krainov-stay a well-knit crew. "There are certainly some aspects of the hearings on which we fall into arguments, but we never fail to come to an accord, and there are no bad clashes within the team," emphasised Mr. Padva.

In today's session, the Meschansky district court of Moscow went on analysing the prosecution's points. Tomorrow will be a day-off. On a previously appointed schedule, the hearings gather four days a week as the defendants and their lawyers need at least one regular day for confidential conferences to determine defence tactics. Such days-off fall on Wednesdays, on Platon Lebedev's request.

Khodorkovsky and Lebedev, Menatep banking group boss, are suspected of tax evasion and swindles involving huge sums, and certain other points-on seven Criminal Code clauses, all told.
