MOSCOW, July 14 (RIA Novosti) - On Wednesday bailiffs have seized the share registers of the YUKOS oil company subsidiaries Yuganskneftegaz and Samaraneftegaz, the public relations center of the Russian Justice Ministry said.
"Since the term of voluntary execution has expired, bailiffs set themselves to enforcement measures against the debtor (YUKOS)", the ministerial communique reads. With opposition from YUKOS, the share registers of the joint-stock companies Yuganskneftegaz and Samaraneftegaz have been discovered.
Their share registers have been seized and are now being assessed, the communique says.
