ASTANA, June 17 (RIA Novosti) - On June 18 Astana, Kazakhstan's capital, will host a session of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) interstate council at the presidential level.

"The leaders are to sign at least two agreements on securities circulation and decision-making order and coordination of relevant legislation," Kazakh Vice Premier Sauat Mynbayev said in Astana on Thursday.

According to him, some issues will not be on the heads of state agenda.

Among them are railway tariffs and the possibility to introduce the national regime. "This issue has been considered for a long time and we shall continue the discussion," he said.

The agreement on the Eurasian Economic Community's establishment was signed in Astana on October 10, 2000. After overall ratification it came into force in spring 2001. The Eurasian Economic Community includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Armenia, Moldova and Ukraine have the status of observers.

In 2003 the Eurasian Economic Community was granted the status of UN observer.
