IAEA GOVERNING BODY UNLIKELY TO CLOSE IRANIAN DOSSIER

VIENNA, June 14 (RIA Novosti) - The International Atomic Energy Agency's Board of Governors is unlikely to close the Iranian dossier at their current session, a competent source in the IAEA told RIA Novosti.

According to the source, the current session of the IAEA's governing body should be seen just as new phase in the verification of Iran's nuclear programs and facilities and in the course of which the positions of the sides will be clarified. Some opportunities may then emerge to stop the jury trial over Iran, as it happened last year to Libya, after it had opened up all of its nuclear facilities to IAEA inspectors and had voluntarily signed up to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
