* Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with his Tajik counterpart Emomali Rakhmonov.
MOSCOW
* The Russian Information Agency Novosti will host a press conference entitled "USA-Iraq: settlement ways" with Sergei Rogov, director of the Institute of the US and Canadian Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
* The national report on corporate management will be presented as part of the 1st Corporate Management and Economic Growth in Russia conference. After the overall discussion the report will be submitted to the Russian President and government.

TASHKENT
* Russian Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov will participate in the session of security council secretaries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member-states.
PARIS
* The Paris-Berlin-Moscow trilateral conference will open in the French capital. It is organized by a number of French associations headed by the Democracy fund, the Russian Foreign Center and the Russian Information Agency Novosti. The conferees will discuss various aspects of Russian-French-German trilateral cooperation after the EU enlargement. They will focus on European security and the three countries' role in its provision.
SINGAPORE
* A three-day session of ASEAN defense ministers will open in Singapore. Russia will be represented by First Deputy Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Trubnikov. All in all, 20 ministers from the Asia-Pacific region, including US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. They are to discuss anti-missile defense in the region, new security technologies and other aspects in this sphere.
