VLADIMIR PUTIN TO ADDRESS FEDERAL ASSEMBLY ON MAY 26

MOSCOW, May 21, 2004 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will address the RF Federal Assembly on May 26, the press service of the Russian President reported.

Vladimir Putin signed a paper instructing his plenipotentiaries in the State Duma and the Federation Council (Alexander Kotenkov and Alexander Kosopkin) to inform chairpersons of both Lower and Upper chambers of the Russian parliament on his annual address, which is scheduled for May 26 in the Kremlin's Marble Hall.

Members of the RF government, chairpersons of the RF Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and Supreme Court of Arbitration, RF Prosecutor General, head of the Central Election Commission, chairperson of the RF Audit Chamber, members of the State Council and Russia's major confession top clergy are invited to the event.
