SOUTH KOREA: FOREIGN MINISTER TO COME TO RUSSIA

MOSCOW, May 17 (RIA Novosti) - Pak Ki-mun, South Korea's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, is arriving in Moscow, May 23, on a three-day routine visit, Russia's Foreign Ministry reports on its web site.

The visitor is expected to meet at the negotiation table with Sergei Lavrov, his Russian counterpart, to discuss topical issues of progressing bilateral contacts, take stock of current developments in the Korean Peninsula, and analyze essential international problems.

The Moscow talks over, Mr. Pak will appear in Vladivostok on the Russian Pacific coast to meet the Maritime Territory top. The agenda will concern the present state of, and prospects for economic cooperation, and bilateral efforts in other spheres of interregional contacts.
