A new edition of the Russian-Czech cooperation agreement implying serious development of economic links is being drafted now, Vaclav Petricek told Sverdlovsk governor Eduard Rossel.
Following the talks, Vaclav Petricek and Eduard Rossel signed several documents, including the memorandum on cooperation between the Sverdlovsk government and the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Information exchange should be one of the main cooperation trends to let Czech and Ural businessmen get more information on each other and assess cooperation possibilities, Mr. Petricek said. He proposed to hold an exposition of Sverdlovsk enterprises in Czechia.
On Wednesday Yekaterinburg hosted a meeting between Czech businessmen and the regional government.
The Czech delegation also included Czech ambassador to Russia Jaroslav Basta, Czech Consul General in Yekaterinburg Petr Sinkula, representatives of the Czech government and heads of the Republic's industrial and financial structures.
