MOSCOW, April 28 (RIA Novosti) - In 2004-2007 Porsche Russland will build the first trade and service center in Moscow. Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov issued a relevant order.

Porsche Russland will take on 49-year lease a 1.2-hectare land plot on Leningradskoye highway (Moscow's northwest).

The company will act as investor and builder and will fully finance the project and construction of the trade and service center, the Moscow City Hall said.

Moscow has over 400 Porsche owners. Many of them are members of the Porsche Club Russia, which had a noisy celebration of its 7th birthday in 2003. Among its brightest events were the exposition of the Porsche Club's collection and the Porsche Club Russia 2003 Cup on pair circuit pursuit.

A service and tuning center recently opened at the club.
