MOSCOW, April 27 (RIA Novosti) - Commenting Tuesday on a joint Russia-EU statement signed in Luxemburg, Maxim Medvedkov, minister for economic development and trade, told newsmen that Russian "high-noise" planes would be able to fly to Europe by agreement with individual countries "We shall be able to fly in accordance with individual arrangements. Our air companies whose planes do not meet the EU noise standards, will be able to arrange charter flights to some European countries," said Medvedkov. This applies to all carriers, with the exception of Aeroflot and Transaero whose planes are not "noisy".

As to Lithuania and Hungary, regular "noisy" flights to these countries will be available until the end of the year, said Medvedkov.
