According to him, the participants of the Moscow session of the SCO Foreign Ministers Council coordinated the agenda and prepared the drafts of the documents to be considered at the summit.
"Today's SCO meeting as usually was held in the spirit of mutual understanding, trast and pragmatism," he stressed.
Among the draft documents, which will be considered at the summit, Mr. Safayev named the Tashkent Declaration and the draft document on the provisions concerning the status of the SCO observers.
The ministers also agreed that within the framework of the preparations for the summit Economic Ministers of the SCO member states will hold a meeting in Tashkent on May 23, 2004, and on June 3-4, 2004 Security Council Secretaries will hold their meeting as well.
The SCO includes Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
