Speaking about the talks held on Wednesday, Lee Chzhaosin noted that Moscow and Beijing had a lot of spheres for cooperation.
The China minister said that during the talks about 10 question had been discussed. According to him, the topics of bilateral relations also were touched upon.
Sergei Lavrov specified that more than 20 questions had been touched upon.
Speaking about bilateral economic relations, the Russian foreign minister added that "we want to improve the quality of bilateral relations" and develop joint high tech enterprises.
According to Sergei Lavrov, during the talks the sides had outlined the steps for strengthening positions of both countries in the world, cooperating with other countries and forming the collective system of international relations.
"There were discussed measures aimed at improving the status of our citizens in order to settle the problems, which still remain in the economic sphere, for the welfare of the two countries taking into account the interests of common people," stressed Lavrov.
"China and Russia have a great deal of complementary aspects in the trade and economic spheres that help to develop the potential of the two countries," said Lee Chzhaosin.
According to him, the trade and economic cooperation between the two countries has been rapidly developing.
"We are sure of great prospects for the trade and economic cooperation between the two countries," said the China foreign minister.
