MOSCOW, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree "On competent body of the Russian Federation responsible for holding joint antiterrorist actions on the territory of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) member-countries," the Russian President's press-service disclosed.
The role of the competent body was assigned to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
The decree comes into force starting from the day of its signing.
