LONDON, April 19 (RIA Novosti) - The company ChevronTexaco is working to broaden its presence in the Russian energy sector, company executive vice-president Sam Laidlaw told the Russian economic forum in London on Monday.
We are working to broaden our presence in the Russian energy strategy outside the Caspian pipeline consortium, he said.
Many of us imagine the general picture of investments in Russia and we see a new generation of energy unions, he said.
Laidlaw believes that the Russian oil and gas sector has taken shape but its greatest hardships are ahead.
