MISSION CONTROL CENTRE (KOROLEV), April 12 (RIA Novosti) - The new multiple-use manned ship Klipper, in development by the Russian Space Rocketry Corporation Energia, is going to be included in the Federal Space Programme before 2015, Nikolai Moiseev, first deputy head of the Federal Space Agency, has said. He was answering RIA Novosti questions after the Easter communication contact with the ISS.
The Energia general designer Yuri Semenov noted that the Klipper now is among his most promising developments.
"Today we are ready to begin a new stage of building the spaceship", Semenov said.
