* Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov will hold negotiations with his Georgian counterpart Gela Bezhuashvili, who is in Moscow on a routine visit.
* An extended session of the board of the former Russian Atomic Energy Ministry will take place. The agenda is called "The Main Results of the Work of Atomic Energy Industry in 2003." A press conference with Alexander Rumyantsev, the head of the newly established Federal Agency for Atomic Energy, will follow.

* The German Ambassador to Russia, Hans-Friedrich von Ploetz will hold a press conference "The Year of German Culture in Russia as a Factor of the two Countries' Rapprochement."
* The second all-Russian conference "Mortgage Crediting in Russia" will take place.
* The Russian Partnership on corporate management and social responsibility will hold a press conference dedicated to the opening of the Days of social responsibility in Moscow. * Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will take part in the third international conference on Afghanistan (March 31 - April 1).

* Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref will head the Russian delegation at the forum "A Day of Russian Economy." State and political figures, businesspeople, economists and financiers from Russia and Germany will participate.
