GROZNY, March 30, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Fire has broken out in three oil wells in the Grozny and Nadterechny districts of Chechnya, a source in the republic's Interior Ministry reported to RIA Novosti.
"Fire broke out on Monday in the functioning oil wells near the villages of Pobedinskoye and Kalaus, the Grozny and Nadterechny district. There have been no casualties," the source said.
According to the source, the cause of fire has not been established so far.
