MOSCOW, March 29, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondent) - NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer will arrive in Russia on April 7th for a two-day visit, RIA Novosti learned at the Russian Foreign Ministry's information and press department on Monday.
Jaap de Hoop Scheffer officially took the office in January 2004 succeeding George Robertson, whose term of office expired in December 2003. Until recently Jaap de Hoop Scheffer was Foreign Minister of the Netherlands.
