SOCHI, March, 2004. (RIA Novosti). The role of the Security Council should be changed, Russian President Vladimir Putin told journalists on Saturday.
"It should be not only a group of experts. It has to become a body involved in thorough analysis of Russia's domestic and foreign policy and in the elaboration of proposals to develop the situation in the country our positions abroad."
