KREMLIN ADMINISTRATION NOT TO INTERFERE WITH AUTHORITY OF OTHER POWER BODIES

SOCHI, March 27, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin administration should not interfere with the authority of other supreme power bodies, in particular, the government.

The presidential administration should be an effective management instrument corresponding to its mission, Vladimir Putin told journalists.

"Therefore, the administration should be compact, purposeful and quickly responsive to management," the head of state stressed.
