The conferees exchanged opinions on certain other global and regional issues, and expressed satisfaction with dynamic progress of Russian-Saudi contacts. They spoke up for ever closer bilateral commercial and economic links.
The Road Map blueprints gradual Israeli-Palestinian settlement. Elaborated by the mediator quartet last spring, it envisages recognition of a Palestinian state, entitled to territorial integrity within provisional frontiers.
