MOSCOW, March 25, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Russia and France are to ease visa regulations, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Chizhov told journalists in Moscow on Thursday.
A relevant agreement will be coordinated soon, he said. According to him, a similar agreement has been already concluded with Germany. "We are negotiating with other countries, the present and future EU members," Vladimir Chizhov stressed.
