MOSCOW, March 24, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Oleg Vyugin was appointed head of the Federal Service of Financial Markets.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov signed a relevant order, the government information department told RIA Novosti.

Oleg Vyugin earlier held the post of deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
