"The reforms will follow an ideology elaborated for today, and no reform moves will be made before we make a formal approval," said Mr. Gref after today's session of an inter-branch commission that will determine the system and structure of federal executive bodies.
The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has been, until now, working out the reform ideology and drafted all related papers. From now on, it will coordinate reforms and offer document expertise, added the minister.
Today's session did not see any heated disputes on the prospective duties of his ministry. Only few innovations will be made-it will overtake the supervision of commercial advertising, while the Ministry of Power Industry is overtaking its function of authorised body on production sharing contract implementation. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade retains only related economic duties, said Mr. Gref.
