MOSCOW, March 23, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Russian Vice Premier Alexander Zhukov will head the governmental law-making commission, representative of the Russian government in the State Duma Andrei Loginov told RIA Novosti.
According to him, government chief of staff Dmitry Kozak will head the administrative reform commission.
