MOSCOW, MARCH 22, (RIA NOVOSTI). Personnel of Russia's Ministry for Emergency and Calamity Relief start pitching two camps for Serb refugees who have fled Kosovo ethnic purges, minister Sergei Shoigu announced in Belgrade after negotiations with Serbia's Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica.
Each camp, to shelter a thousand, will provide all necessities-dwellings, kitchens, food, and water purification facilities installations. An attached mobile hospital can receive up to 600 patients a day. Ministry experts will start looking for suitable sites tomorrow. Humanitarian cargo planes are leaving Moscow tomorrow, too-or the day after, at the latest, says Mr. Shoigu.
