TIRASPOL, March 16 (RIA Novosti) - Transdniestrian leader Igor Smirnov congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential elections, the administration of this self-proclaimed republic told RIA Novosti.
"Your reelection was a natural result of Russians' trust and support and a high assessment of your presidency," Smirnov said.
