ISLAMABAD, MARCH 16 (RIA NOVOSTI) - Operation Mountain Storm is on along the Afghan-Pakistani frontier. US troops killed three and seized thirteen as they raided a cave militant camp in the Zabul province, Afghan southeast, a US military command spokesman said to a news conference in Kabul on Monday.
The US-led anti-Taliban coalition launched the operation a week ago to kill Taliban fighters and their allies of the Al-Qaeda international terrorist network. Twelve militants died at their bases in a US air raid of March 11.
