MOSCOW, MARCH 15 (RIA NOVOSTI) - In a telephone conversation on Monday, Vladimir Putin and Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili have discussed political settlement of the situation around Adzharia (an autonomous republic of Georgia), the Kremlin press service told RIA Novosti.
During the conversation, held on initiative of the Georgian side, Saakashvili congratulated Putin on the victory in the presidential election.
