MOSCOW, MARCH 14, RIA NOVOSTI - President incumbent Vladimir Putin is making a landslide victory, says Communist hopeful Nikolai Kharitonov, proceeding from an independent vote count underway at an alternative election HQ he and the other opposition hopefuls-Irina Hakamada and Sergei Glazyev-had established together to monitor the presidential election by themselves.

"Putin has scored something like 62 per cent. I'm coming next with 14 per cent, Hakamada following with 5 to 6.5 per cent," Kharitonov said to newsmen on the Central Election Commission premises.
