MOSCOW, March 14 (RIA Novosti). Russians all over the world are casting their ballots in the presidential elections calmly and in an organised manner, Nikolai Sizykh, executive secretary of the Foreign Ministry's staff responsible for organising elections abroad, told RIA. As of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, elections began in 143 embassies of Russia. "Early voting was held on Saturday, when 17,000 Russian citizens in 47 countries cast their ballots," Sizykh said.
In all, there are 1,322,000 voters living outside Russia now, most of them (423,000) in Germany.
