GROZNY, MARCH 11, 2004. (RIA NOVOSTI). Three officers of the Chechen president's security service were blown up by the explosive device in the Nozhai-Yurt district of the republic, reported the district police department on Thursday.
"The incident took place on March 10, at about 14.00, Moscow time, near the village of Gansolchu. The staff members of the Chechen president's security service received wounds of various degrees of gravity and were hospitalized," said the source at the district interior department.
Investigation began and the circumstances of the incident are being studied.
