MOSCOW, MARCH 10 (RIA NOVOSTI) - Presidential nominee Sergei Mironov, chairman of the Federation Council (the upper chamber of Russia's parliament), will hardly sue another presidential nominee, Irina Khakamada, Mironov said to journalists on Wednesday.

"Lawyers have prepared the claim but things will hardly be taken to court," he said.

Several weeks ago Irina Khakamada asked the Prosecutor General's Office to initiate criminal proceedings against Sergei Mironov, who had accused Khakamada of her election campaign being financed by criminals from abroad. In response, Khakamada said that Mironov was considering himself "the investigator, judge and executioner in one person." Mironov then said he was going to sue Khakamada.

"Only three days remain before the election. After it all PR moves will be unneeded," Sergei Mironov said.
