CHISINAU, March 9 - RIA Novosti - Meeting in Chisinau with visiting Rumanian counter-intelligence service director George Fulga, Moldavia's President Vladimir Voronin declared in favour of closer cooperation between the secret services of Moldavia, Rumania, Russia and Ukraine. The president sees the necessity in closer cooperation between the national security services because of the existence of the Dniester regime on the territory of Moldavia. The unrecognized republic in the east of the country is the breeding grounds of instability for both the region and Europe as a whole, claims the Moldavian leader.
